As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.

Log in to your account with the email you ordered with to see your orders and tracking.
How long does it take?
- Australia: 6–12 business days
- New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- USA, Canada, UK and Europe: 8–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Made-to-order pieces are made and dispatched within 2–3 weeks first, then follow these times.
Pieces from one fit can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
